 * Student Profile: They collect your name, address, contact number, and academic history (10th/12th marks) for enrollment.

 * Parental Contact: A primary and secondary contact number for parents is kept for attendance alerts and result updates.

 * Photographs: Upon registration, the academy usually keeps 2–3 passport-size photos for their ID cards and student records.

2. Marketing & Publicity Policy

This is the most "visible" part of a coaching center's privacy policy:

 * Right to Results: By enrolling, there is typically a clause in the fine print stating that if you achieve a top rank in NEET or GUJCET, the academy has the right to use your name, photo, and score for promotional banners, social media, and newspaper advertisements.

 * Testimonials: Any feedback or video testimonials you provide during the course can be used on their official platforms.

3. Data Usage & Communications

 * SMS/WhatsApp Alerts: Your mobile number is used to send automated or manual alerts regarding class timings, holiday announcements, and test results.

 * Performance Tracking: Your weekly mock test scores are stored digitally to track your progress over the 2-year or 1-year course. This data is usually accessible only to the faculty and your parents.

4. Third-Party Sharing

 * Exam Registration: In some cases, if the academy assists with your NEET/GUJCET registration, they may temporarily handle your Aadhaar details or sensitive login credentials.

 * No Commercial Selling: Unlike large tech companies, local academies like COS generally do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. However, they may share your contact info with partner institutions if they offer joint programs (like a specific Science + Commerce bridge course).

5. Physical Security (CCTV)

 * Classroom Surveillance: Most branches in Rajkot (Pushkar Dham/Kalavad Road) use CCTV for student safety and monitoring discipline. This footage is typically stored for 15–30 days and is considered private academy data.
